General Aviation (GA) reservation request for United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) services must be submitted as indicated below:
Failure to cancel the reservation will result in the operator being charged all applicable fees. Request for services will be subject to the 559 reimbursable program rates. The Clark County Department of Aviation makes no determination of landing rights. Determination of staff availability to perform services is at the discretion of CBP. Submission of the reservation request does not constitute landing right or flight approval. It is the responsibility of the operator to submit any and all required landing rights request directly to CBP. Only flights with a total of twenty (20) Souls On Board or less will be permitted to operate on the West Side. It is the responsibility of the operator to confirm space availability for aircraft West Side. It is the responsibility of the operator to confirm space availability for aircraft parking and services directly with FBO.
