General Aviation (GA) reservation request for United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) services must be submitted as indicated below:

  1. Less than 20 Souls on Board and within published operating hours (indicated above) must be submitted a minimum of four (4) hours prior to the requested arrival time.
  2. Greater than 21 Souls on Board and within published operating Hours for International Terminal (indicated above) must be submitted a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior to the requested arrival time.
  3. Outside of published operating hours with less than 20 souls on board, must be submitted a minimum of twelve (12) hours prior to the requested arrival time. Cancellation of these services must be done within six (6) hours prior to requested arrival time.
  4. Outside of published operating hours with greater than 21 Souls on Board, must be submitted a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours prior to the requested arrival time. Cancellation of these services must be done within forty-eight (48) hours prior to requested arrival time.

Failure to cancel the reservation will result in the operator being charged all applicable fees. Request for services will be subject to the 559 reimbursable program rates. The Clark County Department of Aviation makes no determination of landing rights. Determination of staff availability to perform services is at the discretion of CBP. Submission of the reservation request does not constitute landing right or flight approval. It is the responsibility of the operator to submit any and all required landing rights request directly to CBP. Only flights with a total of twenty (20) Souls On Board or less will be permitted to operate on the West Side. It is the responsibility of the operator to confirm space availability for aircraft West Side. It is the responsibility of the operator to confirm space availability for aircraft parking and services directly with FBO.



559 Reimbursable Services Fees for General Aviation Aircraft (Outside of Published Operating Hours):

For use of Terminal 3, International Aircraft are subject to all applicable aircraft per-turn fees.

General Aviation International Aircraft Fees:
West Side International Aircraft Facility Use Fee
West Side International Aircraft Facility Use Fee is in addition to all 559 Reimbursable Fees if applicable.

Operator is responsible to coordinate with their selected FBO on all international trash disposal.
