KNOW BEFORE YOU GO – Before
leaving for the airport to pick up your party, make sure you have the
following information:
- Airline
- Flight Number
- Terminal
- Time of Arrival
- Designated Meeting Place
PASSENGER PICK UP - Follow the yellow triangles to the
Passenger Pick Up area, located across the pedestrian bridge from baggage
claim. This area is designated for immediate loading only. Unattended
vehicles will be cited and/or towed. Short Term Parking is also available in

SHORT TERM PARKING - Follow the red triangles to Short Term
Parking located on Level 2M of the Public Parking Garage. View a map of the Short Term Parking area.
MEETING PLACES - Although only ticketed passengers are
allowed beyond the security checkpoints, you are welcome to meet your
party at other locations in the non-secure areas of the airport. If your
party has checked luggage to pick up in baggage claim, you may want to
meet them at the airport information booth located in central baggage
claim on Level 1. View a map of the Baggage Claim area.
If your party is NOT picking up checked luggage in baggage claim, the
red Thunderbird car at the Cannon Aviation Museum located on Level 2 above
baggage claim is an ideal alternative meeting place.
